I was running late for a very critical business trip. When I arrived, I realized I’d forgotten to bring my slide deck notes with me. After trying several ways to get it printed, Wafi was there to get the job done. I cannot express how grateful I am for his assistance. Also, the hotel manager was very supportive as well. Next time I’m in Tampa, I’ll be back here.
Great Customer Service! The front desk clerk, Wafi was great. He assisted above and beyond. I definitely recommend this hotel and we will visit again soon!
didn't have hair dryer in room but front desk promptly delivered. There is mold on rim of the lampshade. Other than that it was pleasant
Our room was facing the road so I could hear some of the traffic. Other than that, the place was great. Rooms are nice and clean
THIS IS THE SPOT!!!! First you must ask for WAFI!! Made the check process seamless and so comfortable at such a late hour it made it that so much more enjoyable before I even hit the room. for the location, the price and the quality it’s unsurpassed. I would recommend this place to be the go to for quality and good staff. Great people. the best.
Wonderful stay. As I turned to the corner I questioned whether this was a safe location (single female traveling alone) because it’s on a crowded/busy street that seems older but my thoughts were quickly eliminated once I walked in the lobby. A gentleman named Wafi greeted me warmly and got me quickly checked in. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and attentive. I’m sensitive to smells and have hesitations walking on hotel room floors barefoot but not here. The place was spotless and comfortable. The absolute only thing I would change is I would ask for a second blanket or comforter because that’s just personal preference. Location ended up being great and convenient to be to St. Pete or any of the highways.
Hotel is a small and cozy one. The staff was very nice and helpful. Everything was clean and supplies was plentiful. The only cons if I have to mention one and being picking, is the painting and Bathroom layout. My stay was great!
